Welcome to Central Inn located at Motijheel, Dhaka, Bangladesh. By making a reservation or using any services provided by our international standard hotel, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Reservations and Check-in Booking Confirmation: Reservations can be made via OTA platforms, our website, Facebook, whatsapp, phone, in-person etc. A valid Debit/Credit card or payment gateway or Online payment transaction number is required to guarantee your booking.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 2PM, and check-out time is 12PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Identification: Valid identification (passport or driver’s license or birth certificate or national ID) is required at check-in.
Rates and Payment Rates: Room rates are subject to change and may vary based on availability and season. All rates are quoted in USD and include applicable service charge & taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment: Full payment is required at check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, bKash, Nagad & Bank Transfer.
Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for extra services such as minibar, laundry, room service, restaurant, gym, spa etc.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy Cancellation: Cancellations must be made before the check-in date to avoid a Cancellation Fee of $10
No-Show: Failure to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled check-in date will be considered a no-show, and a fee equivalent to $10 will be charged.
Guest Responsibilities Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by them or their visitors.
Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal drugs, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
Hotel Services and Facilities Amenities: The hotel offers various amenities. Usage of some facilities may incur additional charges.
Maintenance and Repairs: The hotel reserves the right to carry out maintenance and repairs during reasonable hours.
Limitation of Liability The hotel is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel is also not responsible for any injury, illness, or accidents that occur on the premises unless caused by the hotel’s negligence.
Smoking Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is only allowed in designated areas as sign posted throughout the accommodation grounds and is in accordance with the Health Act 2006.
Changes to Terms and Conditions The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version will be available on our website.
Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
